Consulting Services Sales Executive

Overview

Our goal is to build a significant presence in the Charlotte market and expand our services to support our Manhattan team and our Dallas office that opened August 1st.  We currently have over 120 consultants working at the client site on an hourly staff augmentation basis.   These individuals are primarily Technology Project Managers, Business Analysts and Developers.  Our consulting services agreement allows us to deliver SOW projects direct to the client.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development resource to lead business development for consulting services and SOW-based opportunities at the client site, as well as lead a team of Account Managers in Charlotte, Dallas, Jacksonville and Manhattan.   This resource will be responsible for executing on the account plan, directly selling to the bank and managing total account sales activity and the opportunity pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience with Band 3 and higher level relationships within Technology Operations and/or the lines of business is required.
  • Experience managing and executing SOWs is also required.
  • Experience hiring, placing and overseeing client onsite Engagement Leadership resources and selling Management Consulting services is strongly desired.

The successful candidate can come from the Big 4, or a large technology vendor (HP, CISCO, Oracle etc.), or a Banking Technology product supplier (First Data, S1, Firserv etc.), or one of the clients current staff augmentation suppliers selling SOW consulting services.

We will entertain candidates with a non-compete, as we can engage them elsewhere in our business during the non-compete period.
